Here is the second installment of our little celebration for approaching the 50 year mark. Today, we translate the words for ten different French fruits.

I have to say, AI can generate some lovely images, like the one seen above. Here are today's fruits translated from English to French:
Fig | La figue |
Plum | La prune |
Apple | La pomme |
Grape | Le raisin |
Pear | La poire |
Apricot | L'abricot |
Cherry | La cerise |
Blueberry | La myrtille |
Raspberry | La framboise |
Quince | Le coing |
Let's note that the French-Canadian term for blueberry is la bleuet instead of la myrtille. Otherwise, it does not matter if one is from Québec or France or elsewhere, because most of us probably agree that all these fruits are delicious!
